EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) Board approved an additional $300,000 in Regional Measure M funds for the Traffic Signal Communication and Network System - Phase 1 Project (Project). Approval of the proposed Amendment will allow the additional funding to be available for the Project.

The Project includes three separate segments to update traffic signal infrastructure. The first two segments, Grant Avenue and Manhattan Beach Boulevard, have been completed. The remaining scope aims to update the operation of the City's traffic signal infrastructure to accommodate both current and future needs for segments of Inglewood Avenue. The Amendment will fund improvements at the intersections of Inglewood Avenue/182nd Street and Inglewood Avenue/Ralston Lane and increase the total funding for the Project to $5,300,000.
