City Treasurer's Portfolio Summary
The City's investment portfolio is in compliance with the City's Investment Policy and the California Government Code as of quarter end. The market value of the City's general investment portfolio changed to $89.30MM from $77.76MM at the end of the prior quarter. This change in the investment portfolio resulted from anticipated fluctuations in cash flow trends for both general operations and the capital improvement program's revenue and spending.
