EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
To accommodate scheduling conflicts resulting from the 2026 Redondo Beach Unified School District Spring Break, staff is recommending that the City Council approve cancellation of the April 7, 2026 Regular City Council, Community Financing Authority, and Parking Authority meetings and reschedule them to April 14, 2026.
BACKGROUND
On occasion, it is necessary to cancel or reschedule City Council meetings to accommodate the schedules of the Mayor and City Council members. At this time, staff is recommending that the Council approve the cancellation of the April 7, 2026 Regular City Council meeting to accommodate for scheduling conflicts resulting from Spring Break in the Redondo Beach Unified School District, which is scheduled to run from April 6 to April 10, 2026.
If approved, the Regular City Council, Community Financing Authority, and Parking Authority Meetings will be rescheduled to April 14, 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with the production of this Administrative Report. Funding for the work effort is included in the FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget.
