EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City’s Official Book of Class Specifications includes the position of Irrigation Technician covered by a Memorandum of Understanding with the Teamsters Union. After reaching a consensus with the Teamsters, the Public Works Department recommends an update to the job specification for the Irrigation Technician position.
