EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

At the May 11^th meeting, on a motion made by Councilmember Obagi, the City Council directed me to agendize a Resolution of a vote of no confidence in Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón because of the policies he has established that threaten public safety throughout all of Los Angeles County. A draft Resolution, samples of similar Resolutions passed by other cites, and Special Directives established by District Attorney Gascón are attached.
