EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Approve services agreement with Doug Nielsen dba Imagery Video Productions for videography services from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024.
BACKGROUND
Doug Nielsen and his staff have provided consistent quality, dependable and professional services to the City recording public meetings and events, production of video public service announcements and programming the video bulletin board on the City’s local access cable channel (Frontier/ch. 41; Spectrum/ch. 8), including playback of City Council meetings on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
All terms and conditions of this agreement are consistent with the amended agreement approved by Council on May 21, 2019, amending an agreement approved April, 2014.
COORDINATION
The agreement has been prepared in coordination with and approved as to form by the City Attorney’s Office.
FISCAL IMPACT
The City Clerk’s Office has budgeted $30,000 FOR FY 2021-22 for videography services.
