Existing Site Conditions
The applicant is requesting approval to operate a new yoga studio within a tenant space on the first floor of an existing commercial building located at 423 S. Pacific Coast Highway. The site is comprised of four (4) underlying parcels with a total land area of just over 15,000-square feet, zoned Commercial (C-2), in the Coastal Zone (west side of Pacific Coast Highway).
