RECOMMENDATION
Receive and file a report on the John Parsons Public Art Fund.
BACKGROUND
The John Parsons Public Art Fund is an account held by the City to fund public art program activities including artwork commissions, installations and maintenance. There was a refund to Legado of $35,000 on May 5, 2022, which reduces the amount Legado paid to the Public Art Fund previously. The year-to-date revenue received will be reduced by this amount. As noted in the table below, the available fund balance is $874,622.
