BACKGROUND
The Community Services Department manages and oversees a variety of programs and activities for all ages. A newsletter that outlines these programs and activities is issued on a quarterly basis through an online publication. The Summer 2022 newsletter was released on Wednesday, June 1 and covers programs and activities taking place through September. The summer season is unique with the additional offering of the Summer Camp Guide, which provides a variety of youth day camp programs for all ages and interests. Additional information provided in the newsletter includes upcoming events such as the Family Camp Night, Summer Festival, Summer of Music, movies & yoga on the Pier, and Farmers Markets; senior programs including excursions; youth and adult enrichment classes; adult sport leagues; and after school programming.
A PowerPoint presentation outlining more information on these programs and activities will be added to the Blue Folder ahead of the meeting.
