RECOMMENDATION
Receive and file a report on the Museum Donation Fund and Facility Report.
BACKGROUND
The Museum Donation Fund is an account held by the City to fund improvements and related activities at the Redondo Beach Historical Museum. Donation revenue is derived from a percentage of the sales of the postcard book as well as by donations made by visitors or supporters of the Historical Museum. Current funding includes the following:

*This total does not reflect the cost to reframe the Presidential Letters, which was completed on July 19. The project total was $122.99 and will be reflected in the next reporting cycle.
Donations
The City has received the following donations since the previous Historical Commission meeting:
• Aviation High School Memorabilia and Jeffrey Holly items from John Ireland
• Path of History Donation ($1,000) from Ron Maroko
Facility Report
As this is the first iteration of this information being including on this report, the full calendar year of facility opening dates include:
• February 5 and 19
• March 26
• April 16 and 30
• May 15
• July 9
Future reporting will include current fiscal year dates only. Attached to this report are photos from the reopening of the facility on February 5 and of the City’s birthday celebration on April 30.
