EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This First Amendment to the Agreement for Consulting Services between The City of Redondo Beach and Municipal Resource Group, LLC (“First Amendment”) will amend the scope of services by adding two additional services as follows: 1) City Manager 360 feedback for $2,150; and 2) Executive Salary Analysis for $1,500. These additional services were identified in MRG’s proposal dated January 24, 2024.
BACKGROUND
On February 6, 2024, City Council approved an Agreement for Consulting Services between The City of Redondo Beach and Municipal Resource Group, LLC (“Agreement”) whereby MRG agreed to provide services that would facilitate the City Council’s annual performance evaluation of the City Manager for $9,000.
MRG’s January 24, 2024 proposal included two additional services: 1) City Manager 360 feedback for $2,150 (if requested); and 2) Executive Salary Analysis for $1,500 (if requested).
This is an opportunity to amend the scope of services of the Agreement to include the additional services described above.
The First Amendment is attached here for City Council’s consideration and approval.
COORDINATION
The First Amendment has been approved by MRG and approved as to form by the City Attorney’s Office.
